EFT involves a client tapping with their fingertips on specific acupuncture points on their hands, face and body while focusing upon an issue to be resolved. This is combined with a positive affirmation statement.
After just a few rounds of this tapping procedure, clients often report reduced distress.
I teach the EFT procedure to clients and guide them through the process so they can practice this whenever they wish to get relief from distress.
