Rates

• $150 for 45 minute session
• $300 for initial 90 minute intake

The frequency of sessions is dependent on an individuals needs, although weekly sessions are most common at the start of our work together. Weekly sessions are particularly encouraged if doing EMDR Therapy. 

Insurance

Heart Awakening Therapy, LLC does not accept insurance. 

A super bill can be provided upon request. This is a receipt of the payments you have made for therapy sessions. You may submit this to your insurance provider for possible out of network benefits. Check with your insurance provider for more information on this. 

Payment

I accept check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Credit cards are kept securely on file and charged at the beginning of your appointment

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, I request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations made in less than a 24 hour time window, will be charged for the full cost of the session scheduled.
